2017 Great Gatherings Online Auction

It’s time to submit your Great Gathering for this year’s Online Auction!

The sixth annual ROE PTO Online Auction is Friday, November 10 through Thursday, November 16, and we need YOU to ensure the success of this exciting event by hosting a GREAT GATHERING!!

WHAT IS A GREAT GATHERING?

A Great Gathering is a social event that you create, host and sponsor.  The PTO sells spots to your Great Gathering during the Online Auction, and the proceeds of these sales benefit our fabulous school!  The possibilities are endless…wine tasting adventures or themed dinner parties for parents, movie nights or swim parties for kids, sports outings or picnics for familes…your imagination is your only limitation! You can host a party alone or with other ROE families.

ROE Families will have the opportunity to purchase spots at your event during the Online Auction in early November. All funds collected will be used by the PTO to directly benefit ROE and our children. We look forward to receiving your many fun and creative event submissions!

The deadline to submit your gathering is October 30th!!!
