ROE Directory and Email Communication for the 2015-2016 School Year

The ROE PTO annually publishes a School Directory containing family contact information sorted by grade level and class and other useful school information such as staff email addresses and PTO committee listings. It is published by PTO Volunteers and provided free to each family. Printing costs are funded through the sale of Business Ads and Spirit Ads.

The PTO also offers access to an Online Directory through My School Anywhere which is available only to families of students currently registered at ROE and to ROE faculty and staff. This online platform also serves as the primary means of email communication between ROE families and the ROE PTO.

How does your information get included in the Directory?

Returning Families: If you are a returning family who had information in the 2014 Directory, you should have received an email with a link to update your information. If you have not received this email, please contact .

New Families: If you are a new family, or did not have any information in the 2014 Directory, you must click the following link to enter your information:

If desired, you may choose to block some or all of your contact information from being published in the print directory as well the online directory. If you do not submit any contact information, your directory listing will be blank, although your child’s name will still be listed with their class.

***In order to continue to receive emails from ROE, you must ensure that your preferred email address is correctly input in the online directory (you may choose to not publish your email address in the online and/or print directory, but you still must input your email address into the system in order to receive emails).***

How do you access the online directory?

Once we have received and reviewed your family’s information and have completed editing the online directory, you will receive an email with login instructions (we are hopeful that this will occur the first or second week of school).

What’s great about the online directory?

  • It’s secure and only viewable by the ROE community. All data is stored behind secure firewalls and can only be accessed by authorized users with a validated username and encrypted password. All data is viewed and passed using SSL encryption. Each family will have a unique login and password.
  • You can search by student’s first name, grade, teacher or family last name.
  • You can create your own custom list of frequently called families.
  • You can access the online directory by downloading the My School Anywhere mobile app or via the internet at

What are Spirit Ads and Business Ads?

Spirit and Business Ad sales underwrite the cost of printing directories for our school families and also raise funds for the ROE PTO that directly benefit ROE.

Spirit Ads: Families can purchase Spirit Ads in our print directory to show their school spirit or support for their children or teachers.

Your Spirit Ad can be a picture or text or both. Many people make their ad by cropping a favorite photo of their child and superimpose text by using photo editing software or Microsoft Word or PowerPoint. If you do not already have software that does this, a good suggestion is to use the free Picasa software by Google. You can download Picasa at
