Booth Managers

Booth Sponsors

Game Booth Descriptions and Managers

• Starfinder
  Drop a ball into slots (made out of nails) and if the ball gets to the star, you are a winner.
• Fishing Hole
  Put fishing pole over “water” and person on other side clips a prize to the end of the line.
• Duck Pond
  Use a fishing net to scoop up a duck, each duck has a number on the bottom, child gets the prize according to the number on the bottom of the duck.
• Silly String
  Children spray silly string at each other within a confined area. No spraying in face. Silly string MUST stay in the designated area.
• Confetti Eggs
  Sell confetti eggs to crack on people. NO confetti eggs in the school!!!
• Castle Water War
  Spray water from hose at other castle, use rain panchos.
• Baseball Strike-out
  Hit the ball that is being blown up by air (inflatable)
• Basketball Shoot
  One ticket gets 3 throws, 2 out of 3 baskets win
• Missle Launch (Football Toss)
  Tie a hula hoop to a tree approx. shoulder height, each person gets 3 chances to pass the football through the tire. 2 out of 3 wins (or 1 for little kids) (you might want to arrange a backboard to stop the footballs)
• Dunk Tank
  Throw ball at spot to make the person fall in the tank of water
• Cake Walk
  Walk to the music, get a prize if you are on the number when the music stops
• Alien Landing (Penny Pitch)
  A variety of saucers, goblets, glasses, etc. are arranged on a platform in the center of the booth, player throws pennies to land in the saucers to win a prize
• Space Race (At the Races)
  Pull back car and try to get the car within the lines on the race track
• Shooting Stars (Ping Pong Shooter)
  Shoot ping pong balls using a wooden gun with rubber band to knock over empty soda cans (the cans tend to blow over in the wind, you need to have something to block the wind from the cans)
• Bean Bag Toss
  Try to get bean bag through the hole
• Dart Game
  Throw darts at balloons connected to a wall, pop one and get a prize
• Grab Bag
  Choose a themed bag (bag has prizes/candy/random items inside) items for grab bag need to be donated by the class that volunteers for this booth
• Cannon Ball
  Throw balls at a stack of cans to see if you can knock them over for a prize
• Frisbee Toss
  Try to get a Frisbee to go through the hole
• 3-2-1 Blast-Off
  Three buckets are lined up in a row and kids try to throw ping pong balls into the buckets
• Ring Around Saturn
  Classic ring toss game
• Face Painting
  Paint pictures on face or arms/hands
• Floating Matter
  Kids try to land ping pong balls into rings in a fish bowl
• Tattoos
  Washable tattoos, put onto face, arms, and/or hands
• Hair Design
  Put colored hair extensions in hair and/or spray colored hair spray in hair

Inflatable Descriptions and Managers

• Obstacle Course
  Collect tickets, watch to make sure there aren’t too many children in the inflatable and everyone stays safe, there must be someone watching at all times
• Space Jump
  Collect tickets, watch to make sure there aren’t too many children in the inflatable and everyone stays safe, there must be someone watching at all times
• Lunar Slide
  Collect tickets, watch to make sure there aren’t too many children in the inflatable and everyone stays safe, there must be someone watching at all times

Food Booth Descriptions and Managers

• Popcorn
  Set up popcorn machine, make and serve popcorn
• Lollipop Tree
  Lollipops are stuck into a styrofoam tree, a few have a red dot on the bottom of the lollipop stick, if they have a dot, they win a small prize.
• Cookies
  Sell individual cookies
• Hot Dogs/Pickles
  Heat hot dogs and sell
• Pizza/Pitas
  Sell slices of pizza and pitas
• Chick-fil-A/Chips
  Sell sandwiches and nuggets, reorder as needed / sell chips
• Snow Cones
  Donated by the Lam Family
• Ben & Jerry’s (Ice Cream and Drinks)
  Ben & Jerry’s staff will man their booth and sell ice cream, floats, and drinks

Non-Game Booth Descriptions and Managers

• Ticket Booth
  Bundle tickets in groups of 20 prior to the Carnival and then sell them the day of the carnival -THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT BOOTH!! PLEASE CONSIDER DOING THIS ONE!
• First Aid Station
  This a spot where there is a first aid kit available. This would be a great booth where grandparents or older patrons can sit under a canopy and put on bandaids or just sit and rest!!!!
• Finance Booth
  Members of the Carnival Committee will have this booth.
• Raffle Booth
  Raffle tickets will be sold for various donated items. Winners will be notified after the Carnival.
