8:30 a.m. – LATE REGISTRATION

8:45-9:00 a.m WARM UP AND NONCOMPETITIVE FUN RUN/WALK
The warm-up is a new addition! We will have a great time warming up our muscles to the music of the DJ and the instruction of Coach Bomersbach. Once we are warm, we head to the track. Everyone is encouraged to participate. The speedsters start in the front and walkers/strollers near the back. Coach B will take the lead as we all run/jog one lap. We start and stop at the same spot. We will not be timing the finishers in this race; this event is just for fun and to reward healthy habits. No medals are given in this race.

9:00 COMPETITIVE ONE LAP: 6th Grade and up
Moms, Dads, ROE alumni, any 6th grader and older are encouraged to step up to race! This is where we set the tone. Healthy, happy competition, no sore losers…everyone wins who started and finished. Top 3 are awarded medals at the award ceremony. All participants are given a medal..

9:35–10:30 GRADE RACES 5th-4th-3rd-2nd-1st-K-Pre-K
Line Up! Right after the parents and older siblings face off, then these races begin. These races begin with 5th graders and continue through to the lower grades finishing with Pre-K. To keep the starting line not so crowed, the grades will be split into boys only race and then girls only race. Top three females and top three males win medals at the awards ceremony.
The Pre-K race is new this year. We will move the starting line for both the kindergarteners and Pre-K and they go to the finish line. Anyone that is not yet in kindergarten qualifies as a Pre-K. They will all get finisher medals and the top three finishers will get awards just like the older kids!

10:00- 10:30 POTATO SACK RACES
There will be one race per grade, 6th grade +,5th-4th-3rd-2nd-1st-K- Pre-K. First place team in each race gets a fun prize! (One member of the team must be in the designated grade; the second member can be any age.)

10:30- 11:00 AWARDS CEREMONY followed by games led by DJ Mike Mireles with Steppin Out DJ.
