Volunteer information for the ROE Fun Run! Please contact our Family Fun Run Coordinator to let her know where you’d like to help!

We need help in the following areas:

Fill bags with t-shirts prior to event/pass out bags
We will meet in the cafeteria to organize t-shirts on Wednesday, Oct 13th after drop off in the morning.

Manning the Table: Food

Late registration

Moonwalk
We need a lot of help here at the following times:

• 8:00-9:00 set up
• 9:00-10:00
• 10:00-11:00
• 11:00-11:30 clean up

Spotters

• Capture winner’s name at the end of each race grades
• Grades 5th-4th-3rd (9:30am-10:00)
• Grades 2nd-1st-Kinder (10:00-10:30am)

Hand out medals at the end of each grade race:

• Grades 5th-4th-3rd (9:30am-10:00)
• Grades 2nd-1st-Kinder (10:00-10:30am)

Potato Sack Race
We need helpers to be the boundaries and to organize the racers.

Obstacle Course helpers
