President

Past President

First Vice President

• Performs all the duties of the President in the President’s absence and other duties as outlined for the Vice President.
• Attending meetings of the HISD School Board for parent representatives, Parents Visionary group, and State of Texas Educational meeting.
• Serve on all committees as requested.

Vice President – Internal Relations

(move current Internal Relations position to VP)

• Board Grade Reps and room parents report to this Vice President.
• Regular meetings held to continue to foster unify, collaboration and communication within the grades, classes, with the teachers, etc.
• Coordinates Anti-bullying program and other internal activities for the school and ROE families.

Vice President – Public Relations

This position will oversee the chairs on the following:

• Webmaster and its committee
• Yearbook Co-chairs
• ROE News Chair
• Marquee Chair
• School Directory Chair and committee

Vice President – Development

This position will oversee the following:

• Grants and Foundation Committee
• Underwriting Committee-Family/Corporations
• Fall Frenzy Committee

Vice President – Finance

(change from Treasurer to VP-Finance)

This position will fulfill all duties as outlined for Treasurer and will oversee the Budget and Finance Committee with the Budget and Finance chair. Long Range Planning Committee will be created and serve under this team.

School Life Director

This position will oversee the chairs on the following:

• Birthday Book Club Chair and committee
• Field Day Chair
• Health and Well-being Chair and committee (change from Nutrition)
• Odyssey of the Mind Co-Chairs
• ROE Spirit Store Co-Chairs

Ways and Means Director
